-أن البطاقة تدعم الدفع أونلاين.
-أن البطاقة تدعم التحقق عبر رمز OTP .
-إلغاء ربط البطاقة من التطبيق ثم إعادة ربطها مرة أخرى وبعدها إعادة المحاولة.
**ﺑرﺟﺎء ﺗﺟﻧب اﯾداع ﻣﺗﻛرر ﺑﺎﻟﻛﺎرت ﻟم ﯾﺗﺟﺎوز ال 30 دﻗﯾﻘﺔ ﺑﯾن ﻛل ﻣﺣﺎوﻟﺔ و اﻷﺧري.
please make sure that:
- There is enough balance to cover the top up amount plus the 1% fee.
- The card supports online payments.
- The card supports OTP verification.
- Unlink the card from the app then link it again and try once more.
- please as well avoid multiple trials in less than 30 minutes as it aids in rejection.
