I have created a few forms and am now getting 'Could not insert form snippet' error every single time I am trying to use them. They used to work and I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I am trying to get my colleagues on board with using Text Blaze and if they end up having to copy and paste anyway they are probably going to go back to our old FAQ documents.
I am using the desktop version. Any ideas?

Can you please share the website/app on which you're having this issue? A video recording would also be helpful.

I am trying to use it in Outlook (the new desktop version).

For future reference, the issue was caused due to a conflict with the "Microsoft Editor" dropdown that comes up when the user types the "/" key in the Outlook Email body. We worked around the issue by changing the shortcuts to use a different starting character. For example: changing the shortcut "/sig" to ";sig" or "-sig".
We will see if there's anything we can do on our side to resolve this. In the meantime, I'm marking this as resolved.
