I think the default selection in formmenus should not be Choice B, but rather Choice A. I understand the selections can be click-dragged to reorder, and the radio button can be clicked to change it to Choice A. Speaking for myself though, it seems most logical that Choice A be the default. 
This may seem trivial, but its the compound affect that matters.
