Error adding user: "Missing or insufficient permissions"

I own administrator rights in my organization, but I cannot add a new user to our team. The error in popup "Could not add users. Missing or insufficient permissions." What does it mean?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Could you please share a video of how you're going about the procedure? You might be missing a step or detail somewhere, or it might be a bug you've stumbled upon. The best way to find out is for us to see it happen.

Also:

  • does this happen with any user, or with one user in particular?
  • does this happen with any team, or one team in particular?
  • has the user in question accepted your invitation to the organization?

I am only in one team, so I don't know how to check it yet.

has the user in question accepted your invitation to the organization?

This is the error, I cannot invite the user to the organization.
