Extended statistics

Hello!

I'm currently using AI and Text blaze a lot for work and I am trying to prove a point of how it saves me time working, to show this to my employer and give incentive for more of my colleagues to start using it.

Using the statistics this gives a general overview, but i would like to know if there is any way to see extended statistics to know what snippets are most useful.Although the general page gives a good first overview, I would like to see in more detail.

Currently, the statistics page shows the basic usage metrics, but I understand your need for more detailed analytics. While we don't have built-in extended statistics at the moment, there's a workaround that might help you track snippet usage more precisely.

You can create a custom reporting table using Data Blaze and implement the {dbinsert} or {dbupdate} command in your frequently used snippets. This way, each time a snippet is used, it will log the usage to your custom report, allowing you to track:

  • Which snippets are used most frequently
  • When they're being used
  • Time saved per usage
  • Any other metrics you'd like to track

This solution requires some setup, but it would give you the detailed statistics you're looking for to demonstrate the value to your employer.
