Extension blocking printing function

I'm reaching out regarding an issue our company has encountered with your Chrome browser extension. We've identified a problem that occurs when using one of our essential work-related websites.

Specifically, when a colleague attempts to use the printing function via a button on the website, an unexpected behavior occurs. Instead of initiating the print process, a blank page (about:blank) containing the printing information briefly appears and then closes automatically. Interestingly, the printing function resumed normal operation after uninstalling the TextBlaze extension.

We're hoping you can provide some insight or assistance with this problem. Is there a known compatibility issue, or perhaps a setting that needs to be adjusted to resolve this conflict?

This is not a known issue yet.

Does this issue happen with all of your colleagues or only some users? Can any of the affected users join a call with me on Google Meet and I can check the problem on call?

In the meanwhile, can you share a video of the issue when printing fails, or a screenshot of the print dialog when it does appear (without Text Blaze)?
