Extracting with no reference

I need the name (first row), what comes after "Tel." and what comes after "Nota:"
With "Tel." and "Nota:" it´s easy because I can use them as reference.
But with the names they don´t have reference. What comes to my mind is if I can use "Nota:" as a reference for the next contact name.
How can I solve this
