Formatting the snippet forces change in the interline spacing

Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue.
I've created a snippet to be used in our CRM - XTRF.
If I copy the text from the notepad - the interline spacing is consistent and "normal" when the snippet is used.
However, whenever I add a bold to any part of the snippet - the spacing in the XTRF goes awry - It's more 1.5 or double the space.

On the other hand - this issue seems to pop up only in XTRF, so maybe that's where the issue lies?
We've managed to correct the text visually by creating bullet point lists - using them, the spacing is back to normal when the snippet is used.

I'm just asking about that because maybe someone else encountered it as well

Best regards,
Gabi

Hi @Gabriela,

Welcome to the forum :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you for bringing up the issue. Could you please let me know whether you are using the Text Blaze Chrome extension or the Text Blaze Desktop app?

Hi @Gabriela Welcome to the forum!

Thanks for sharing the detailed observation. Can you do the following steps:

  1. Right-click inside the textbox
  2. Select the "Inspect" option - which is usually the last option in the menu.
  3. A panel will open on the right side.
  4. Now take a screenshot of the Chrome window

Please send me this screenshot, so I can better understand the situation. You can also email me at gaurang@blaze.today with the screenshot in case you'd like.
