Gmail first name, BCC not working

Hi All,

We are using Text Blaze for many months now at the company, and we love it! New colleagues arrived and I shared my own snippets with them, but there are two errors when they would like to use these shortcuts as a reply in Gmail. First, the sender's first name is not correctly shown, instead, they see the following: ! Invalid command in formula: {gmail-firstname: type=single}. Also, our company email address is not BCCd automatically, as they see this error message instead: {gmail-bcc: (our company email) }. Can you please help us resolve this case? We tried almost everything now, removed the text blaze chrome extension and downloaded again, nothing works. For me, these shortcuts work perfectly, and we compared all my settings to theirs, everything is the same.

Hey Petra,

Since the snippets are working for you but not for your colleagues, they may not have the Gmail command pack enabled on their accounts. Please ask them to check here, and enable it at the bottom with "Activate command pack".

Also note that certain commands, such as the {gmail} pack, only work with the extension, and not the Desktop apps.

If this doesn't fix it, could you send us an email at support@blaze.today, we can then schedule a call with your colleagues to investigate what's causing this issue.
