Gmail snippets issue

I face an issue quite often while writing emails in gmail. I have integrated certain text blaze snippets with data blaze. On inserting the snippet in the ''To'' column. It then goes to to the subject line and then inserts the whole body of the email as well along with the subject line in the Subject Box.

It has caused alot of frustration in my work. It sometimes automatically starts working fine,and then again starts behaving weirdly. Please help!

Sorry to hear about this issue. Would you be able to share the snippet you are inserting?

Also, to help me understand better, when you say things go in the wrong "box", are you referring to a field/cell in Data Blaze or are you referring to the field within the Gmail webpage?

Hi @Faiza_Finsoul is it possible that the issue exists for emails that you have saved in your contacts (and doesn't happen for those emails that are unknown). Gmail highlights saved contacts, and it requires an additional tab to get past that highlight, which could land you in the subject line.

To avoid this, instead of using {key:tab} to jump fields, you can use our {click} command with a selector to jump straight to the subject line.

I have another issue.

I have to manually transfer data from linkedin to my google sheets. I have tried using Website command, but it only inserts the information in Linkedin website and gives an error while transferring infomation to any other tab. I keep the Linkedin tab open while transferring data,but It is not solving my issue

I updated the site commands to include the linkedin site URL, so that they are aware that the data needs to come from the LinkedIn site.
