I get a lot of share requests every day for Google Sheets and Google Docs. Before I send off my View Only thing, I like to add a message for the person to make a copy of the file instead of asking for editing rights. Unfortunately, TextBlaze doesn't seem to work in the text field.

I replicated this by having a coworker send me a share request, and it works for me when I type my shortcut into the text box in the email.
What snippet are you trying to insert?
Are any other snippets working in the same field? Also, does the same snippet work anywhere else?

Hmm... I tried a few other snippets and they didn't work. They all work in other places.
