Help setting up If/Then options w/ Toggles

New to Text Blaze need help setting the following up to where Check Boxes can be marked and would lead associates to a snippet depending on what boxes they checked...

A guest calls and states their package is lost in transit tracking shows one or more of the following.
• Shipped FedEx Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day/Overnight, Overnight Priority
• Tracking shows "Pending" delivery date AND it has been more than 3 business days since last scan proceed to OPTION 1
• Tracking shows “ready to go” and it has been over 24 business hours since label created (NOT since order placed) with no scans from FedEx OPTION 1
• Shipped Ground Economy or Smartpost
• Tracking does not reflect "Out For Delivery" AND it has been more than 12 business days since the first scan proceed to OPTION 2
Tracking shows “ready to go” and it has been over 48 business hours since label created (NOT since order placed) with no scans from FedEx, USPS, or Pitney Bowes OPTION 2
