How downgrade business to pro

Hi,
I’d like to downgrade my account from the Business plan to the Pro plan, but I couldn’t find any option to do that on the website or in my dashboard. Could you please let me know how I can proceed with this downgrade?

Hi,

To do this, you need to delete your Business Organization.

You can do so here: Text Blaze Dashboard After that, you can reupgrade to Pro.

Just to confirm — if I delete my Business Organization, will I lose my snippets or any of my existing data?

When you downgrade, you won't lose any snippets. Though, keep in mind that there are limitations on the free plan (number of snippets), so you might see those before you reupgrade.
