How to add data from dynamic text blaze form to data blaze database table

Hi

I've been trying to add data from dynamic text blaze form to data blaze database table, but for some reson, I can never get it to work.

Is it 100% possible now, and is there a tutorial video or article anywhere that explains the steps needed to create a dynamic forms for creating Midjourney prompts (that uses elements from elements from data stored in a Data Blaze database table) to create & customise a prompt, and then automatically saves the prompt to a different Data Blaze database when I use it?

Happy to help! Can you tell us a bit more about the issues you are running into when you try to use Data Blaze? If you are seeing specific error messages, can you share them?
