I would like to use text blaze to insert snippits into adobe acrobat documents. My understanding is that I need to install a desktop version but when I try it asks for my user name and password and I do not remember them. I am working on a Mac laptop. How can I recover my username and password?

If you don’t remember the email address you use to log in, you can click the user icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard (from a browser account you’ve previously used to log in to Text Blaze) and check the email address from there.
If you don’t remember your password, you’ll find the “Forgot password” option on our login form. Choose that option if you’d like to reset the password you use to log in.
Please note that if you signed up using Google, you should use the "Login with Google" button to log in to Text Blaze.
