Hyperlink debacle?

None of the hyperlinks work they just do not show up on the actual thing i am trying to send out they are non existent example : below the "watch our introductory video" should be a hyperlink below this is how it appears
"This program is a game-changer for those considering solar energy. It allows you to send excess electricity back to the grid and receive credit, making solar even more affordable and beneficial.

The hyperlinks will work in "rich" text editors like Gmail or Facebook. The links won't work in a platform that doesn't have a rich text editor (like this one in our community forum).
