all my snippets start with / symbol, for example /c would summon the text i want, but in whatspap when i type / it brings shortcuts inside whatsapp! for exmple is attached image

I believe this is because WhatsApp has their own slash commands. If you change the shortcut's special character to something else (like .thanks or -thanks) it should work.
Please give that a try and let me know if it works.
