I bought PRO for multiple reasons. One being the fact that I could add an image with the words I am tryng to send in FB Messenger. I am not sure why the image isn't showing. The image is one I created and uploaded. Please help!!

I'm afraid that is a restriction on Facebook's side. To insert images on Facebook, you'll need to do it manually.
