Import shortcuts from an excel file

Hello,
I'd like to know if it's possible to import shortcuts from an Excel file. I've got a long list of phrases I'd like to be able to import into my shortcuts, and I'd like to know if I have to do the operation 200 times or if there's a quicker solution?
