We just posted this invoice generator in our Gallery, but I wanted to share it here as well.
This snippet works by connecting to a list of products in Data Blaze. Selecting items from Data Blaze will automatically create the line-items in the invoice. All subtotaling, taxes, and grand totaling is done automatically.
There are fields to add billing information, invoice number, invoice date, and due-date as well.
This snippet is perfect for creating invoices in just a few clicks. The intention is to use this snippet inside of an invoice template that you have prepared for your company.
Bonus: when you generate the invoice, the snippet will also automatically log a record of the invoice to the Data Blaze space in a separate table.
