I am experiencing a problem with my Text Blaze account. Despite being a pro user, when I log in, the system does not recognize my pro status, and all of my saved snippets are missing. This issue is causing significant disruption to my workflow, as I rely heavily on these snippets for efficiency. I need assistance to restore my pro user status and retrieve my snippets.
