June Development Update

This month, we wanted to highlight new capabilities we've added to support our Business and Enterprise users. These features are all about supporting large teams using Text Blaze and are exclusive to our Business and Enterprise versions of Text Blaze. You can learn more about these versions here.

:card_index_dividers: Organization Default Folders

We've sped up onboarding for new users by allowing administrators to select default folders that are automatically activated for all members of your Text Blaze organization.

This speeds up onboarding as you no longer have to manually invite users to a folder. You can also roll out a new folder to your entire organization with just a few clicks.

:bust_in_silhouette: Streamlined Invites for Enterprise Users

When you add someone to your Text Blaze organization, they get an email inviting them to join it.

For our Enterprise users, we now offer the ability to request an email domain where users will automatically be added without needing to manually accept your invite. For instance, if you work at @acme.com, you can request that any invites to @acme.com email addresses will automatically be accepted.

This can speed up and reduce friction during the onboarding process. This feature is limited to the Enterprise plan.

:clipboard: Organization Member Properties

Organization member properties let you define properties for each member of your organization and then include those properties in snippets.

For example, you may want to include each user's phone number in your snippets. With this new feature, you could create a phone number property that is unique to each user and set by the organization administrator or your users and is then included in snippets.

As always...

If you have any questions feel free to post to our Question and Answer community forums. If you have anything you would love to see in Text Blaze, please suggest it in the Features Ideas section.
