Announcing the Blaze Marketplace
This month we're excited to announce the beta release of the Blaze Marketplace. The Marketplace is a place to share and find pre-built snippets for common use cases.
We've been working on Marketplace for a while, and it will replace the Snippet Gallery. One big change over the Gallery is that the Marketplace is open to submissions from users like yourself. Have you built snippets that you think others would find helpful? If so, you can submit them, and after a short review process, we'll add them to the Marketplace.
What's more, you can optionally charge for your templates. Similar to other marketplaces like Notion's marketplace, you can specify your own price for your templates. So you can give them away for free or charge what you like.
We've built free snippet templates for common use cases like customer success or recruiting, but we are excited to open this up to everyone. We'll review all user submissions to ensure quality and prevent spam. We can't wait to see what everyone builds!
So go ahead and check out the Marketplace and let us know what you think. If you have any feedback during this beta period, please email us or comment below so we can improve it.
Command Packs
Command packs allow you to create new commands for Text Blaze. We have command packs to enhance Text Blaze on specific sites like Gmail or LinkedIn. We also have command packs that add new functionality like the randomize command pack.
Command packs are getting a new home under the Marketplace, making them easier to discover and install.
We also have plans to open up the development of new command packs to users. If you are interested in developing one for a specific site or to add new functionality, reach out to us and let us know. We're looking for a few people to work with as we finalize the command pack publishing experience.
And remember...
We're always here for you! If you ever need a helping hand, don't hesitate to drop a line in our Question and Answer community forums. And if there's something you'd love to see, we'd be absolutely thrilled to hear about it in the Feature Ideas section.
