Hi,
All of a sudden, when I try to use the SNIPPET in MS Word, it does not generate. I am not sure how to fix this. Can you assist?

Hi Brandy, welcome to the community!

Here are a few things you can check:

  • Make sure you have either our Windows app or Mac app installed and the app is active (open it, then try to use a snippet).
  • Check your dashboard to make sure that you don't have snippets with conflicting shortcuts. You can read how to resolve this here.
  • Is the issue just with one snippet? If so, double check the contents of the snippet to make sure it is correct.
