Is it possible, or could it be possible, to monitor the usage of your team/ department the same way you can monitor your own to ensure adoption and identify opportunities for training?

Hi @shannon.hone, welcome to the forum. 
If you're referring to monitoring the usage of the snippets in your team / deparatment, then you can do this from the action log in the "Usage" section: Text Blaze Dashboard.
At the bottom, there's a button: "Download action audit log as CSV". After clicking it, you can use the "Snippet usage" toggle.
In addition, you can click the "Action audit log table" button, this will open the detailed usage report in Data Blaze.
