We recently added a new admin account to our organization. After accepting the invite, it is still showing as pending as a user. When we log in with the new account, it's showing that it's not connected to an organization. Please help.

Can you please let the admin double-check that he/she is logged in to a Text Blaze account with the same email that the invitation was sent to before clicking the "Join organization" button in the invitation email? The email of the logged-in account can be found here: https://text.blaze.today/configure/account under "Your account" section.
I am logged into my account can see the new admin added, but it shows pending. When the new admin user logs in with their email, it's not connected to our organization.
@Brandon_Andrews The new admin should have received an email titled "[Inviter-Name] invited you to join their Text Blaze organization"; did the new admin check this email and click the "Join organization" button inside?
Yes, when they hit join and log in - it does not show them a part of our organization. When I check directly through my admin account, it shows their invitation is still pending even though they accepted it.
Maybe they created an account under their email prior to receiving an invite from us, creating an issue. Can you please look into it and help he's off.
