I just signed up today, and I had my co-worker share their folder with me. I can see all the snippets, and when I try it within the program, it works, however, when I try to use the snippet anywhere else, word, email etc, nothing happens. Please help.

I responded to your email. For completeness, note that you need to install our Windows app (Text Blaze: Snippets and Templates for Windows) or macOS app (Text Blaze: Snippets and Templates for macOS) for Text Blaze to work in desktop apps (outside the browser).
