A single ongoing notification can be posted as a reply. The notification should be deleted when it is complete.
Include "TESTING" in all caps somewhere in the notification text to have the notification only show up on testing channels.
If you add #data or #text or #ai, it will shown on just those specific dashboards (you can list one or more). If none are listed, it will be shown in all.
