Organization Dashboard Data

As an Admin, I want to be able to instantly see vitals about our own Text Blaze Org at anytime. This could be another level to Usage page or better yet, its own page under My Organizational Properties.

  1. Qty of active folders.
  2. Qty of disabled folders.
  3. Qty of active snippets.
  4. Qty of disabled snippets.
  5. Number of Snippets in each folder (maybe this is a badge next to each folder).
  6. Qty of teams.
  7. List of teams with qty of members in each team.
  8. List of members that belong to multiple teams.
  9. In the list of Members, the date when they joined the Org.
  10. In the list of Members, the date the user last used TB.

These are examples of the stats that are top of mind, speaking for myself and my Org. I think you get the idea though. I believe this feature would not only be tremendously helpful for existing Admins, but a big value-add point for why upgrading to Business and/or Enterprise is so worthwhile. This level of customer really needs more in the way of metrics and interactive metrics.
