I wanted to use your Personal Health Log template which can be found in Data blaze, however its connected snippet has some error, could you let me know how to fix it?
This was a suggested snippet, and I didn't do any changes in it

We have fixed the issue. You can now delete your existing snippet, and create a new one to get the updated version. You can do so using the linked snippet menu in Data Blaze, as shown in this image:
