Guidance: request

Greetings. I'm a happy TextBlaze premium user and a proud beer-drinking individual -not a champagne company.

Briefly, I'm looking for an estimate for what it would cost to hire a local programmer with skills in Python/Beautiful Soup to set-up in google chrome the automatic filling-out of an on-line form on a healthcare website. TextBlaze does lots, but doesn't have the chipotle to do what I want.
