Remove Card Details from Account

Hi

I purchased PRO on one of my other accounts a short while ago, but I now need to remove the credit card from my Account so that it does not automatically renew next year as that card won't be valid.

How can I delete my Credit Card from that account.

Hey @AndyPage ,
You can't remove your credit card information, but downgrading to basic will cancel the auto-renew.

Ah actually @Dan_Barak1 That will downgrade my account. I've only just paid for pro and the downgrade says I'll lose the features.

I just need to remove the card details from that account. Is this something Support can do for me.

Hello Jamal,

You can remove the card details by cancelling your subscription and resubscribing with the correct card. If you downgrade, you will maintain your subscription until the end of the period, at which point you can resubscribe with your new card details.
