My shorcut for an email subject line has a Date Chooser and I would like that data to be repeated in the body of the email but I dont want to thave to choose the date again. I just want it to be repeated from when it was chosen in the subject line. Thanks

By providing name to formdate command, it can be reused. Additionally you can use autopilot command (key) to automatically switch to body and paste selected date.
{formdate: YYYY-MM-DD; name=date} in subject{key: tab}{=date} in body
