Hello,
as a Business-User I would like to provide an access to our TextBlaze-Organization automatically.
The actual process is:
- a new user has to create an free account for textblaze
- I have to invite the user to our organization
- If a person leaves the company the account is still in existance and not in our control
A good process:
- I create a User in our identity provider (M365)
- Due to the connection between textblaze and in our case M365 it creates an account for the user automatically (synchronization)
- optional: groups from the identity provider are synched aswell and I can define the access to folders to each group in textblaze once and for all
- a person leaves the company and I lock the access in the identity provider --> textblaze-account of the person is locked as well
- we as the organization have control of the existance of these accounts
Positive effect:
the person would be loged in at the windows app automatically due to the user account on the device.
