Shortcut a Insert not working

Hello,

Since two days, I can't use Shortcuts and "Insert a snippet" button anymore. It's not working.

When I use a shortcut, nothing happen, and the "Insert a snippet" button is grey, I can't click on it, I have the message "Please first click on a textbox in the webpage, and then click on this button" but when I go the the webpage, it's still grey.

Does anyone have any clue?

That sounds unexpected! Do you have a full screen video you can share with us showing the issue? On which website is this issue happening?
