Hi, I have a super weird behavior. I changed company and somehow a few of my shortcuts are working but most of them are not. I cannot figure out what the problem is. Did somebody already have some similar experience?
Maybe something that can help, I am on a pro plan but I still get the confetti animation but the text is empty. Even if my shortcut is very simple and just adding some text in it for all the new ones I'm creating.

Can you share a screenshot of your chrome://extensions page in the browser?
The issue is due to the CrowdStrike extension. I suppose that extension isn't there on your previous computer.
We have a potential fix for this. We would like to test that the fix works before we release it publicly. Can you email me at gaurang@blaze.today so I can send you instructions on how to test the fix? Thanks!
