simple shortcut not working

I did a Not Interested short cut (/nt). It works in this program. When I went to use it in an email, it didn't work.

Text Blaze extension works anywhere in Chrome.
If you are trying to use the snippet outside the Chrome, like Desktop app Outlook. Then you might need our desktop application. Please download the app from the following links and give it a try.

Otherwise, please share the email client you are trying to use the snippet in.
