Hey Pedro, it's not technically possible for the Chrome extension.
In the Windows app, it is technically possible but we have not implemented it yet. What is your use case for the function key? I would be interested to hear that.

So, my idea is to use it in PL/SQL, I made several snippet with several sql queries and to execute, the shortcut is F8.

We have now supporting function keys for the last couple of months in the desktop apps (Windows and Mac). Please try it and let us know if it solves your use case.
