All my snippets start with a /symbol, for example,/hello is no longer working. What happened?
Also, experiencing issues with the Instant Assistant feature? It’s currently not showing on my end, as illustrated in the image below. It appears to be missing from its usual location/interface. Could you please look into this and advise on the next steps to resolve the issue?

We responded to your email, but I thought I'd share our response here in case anyone else experiences the same.
The Instant Assistant was an experimental feature that was only released to a fraction of users and unfortunately didn't get much use. We've removed it and are planning to replace it with a better approach in the future.
For now, you can access a list of all your snippets easily by:
Right-clicking on any page and looking under the "Text Blaze" menu item
Or, using our assistant feature that lets you easily pull up a list of all your snippets. The default keyboard shortcut for it is Command-Shift-Space, but you can change this to whatever you want in the Chrome extension settings.
