Snippet doesn't remove trigger

I can't seem to figure out how to fix this. For some reason the trigger character does not get removed after the snippet is inserted. For example

Shortcut is /hello
it will insert the snippet correctly but leave the "/"
"/Hi, my name is David"

It's probably something obvious. I'm using blaze dashboard app on windows as I need snippets for more than just chrome based input.

Thank you ahead of time.

Hi @David_Underwood,

Welcome to the forum :slightly_smiling_face:

Is this happening consistently or in a particular app?

Hi, no. It happens in all apps.

... and consistently

Hi David,

Can you check the settings in the Windows app and make sure the "Windows app in Chrome-based browsers" is set to the following:

Please check this setting and if setting it to Auto disable resolves the issue.
