There has been a recent change on my work computer (microsoft), the snippet has recently required two entries and only then will it populate my document - no matter which method I use. On my Mac, this has not occurred. I cannot find the reason for this. Any suggestions.

Sorry to hear about this issue.
It sounds like you need to type a shortcut twice is that right?
Can you share what the shortcut is and what is the website you are using it on is? (please email us at suppport@blaze.today if you don't feel comfrotable with sharing any of this in the forum)
Can you also try reloading the extension by right-clicking on any webpage and selecting "Reload" under the Text Blaze menu item?
Hi @elizabethoneil , and any other users facing this issue on their work Windows computer, please check your chrome://extensions page to see if you have the "CrowdStrike" / "Falcon" browser extension installed.
CrowdStrike's extension modifies the paste action on every website, preventing Text Blaze from functioning correctly.
If you have this extension, at the moment, the workaround is to install our Windows app (Text Blaze: Snippets and Templates for Windows), remove the browser extension, and restart your browser.
