Example snippets for common phrases & abbreviations:

Example snippets for basic patient notes:
Patient reports they have been completing their HEP as directed.
All findings are within functional limits with the following exceptions:
Patient requested, and verbally consented to participation in telehealth due to their inability to come to the clinic at the recommended frequency to achieve their goals.
