Snippets no longer working within Freed

Unable to insert snippets within Freed. Remedy if any is not apparent to me.


Hi Eric! Is this I can reproduce the issue.

Explanation of the issue: When you submit the Text Blaze form window while the Freed textbox is saving the note, then it fails to insert the snippet. See the grey-colored saving animation in this screenshot:

This saving is being done by the Freed website. They disable the textbox until the saving completes. See the screenshot below showing the "disabled" attribute in the website's HTML:


If the textbox is disabled, then Text Blaze is not able to insert the snippet into it.

I have checked with older Text Blaze versions, and they all have the same issue.

Conclusion: This issue is likely being caused by a new update to Freed platform.

Workaround: Wait for a few seconds for the saving to finish, and then submit the form window.

You can also email the Freed team and share this analysis with them. They can solve this issue by not disabling the textbox while the auto-save is in progress.

Yes you have the correct site and I think your analysis is correct. The problem resolved today without further action. Interestingly it did not affect all team members. Appreciate your help!
