For the past few days, my snippets have been very glitchy. It takes me typing the shortcut 2, 3, sometimes 5 times before it works. Often I have to delete the shortcut multiple times before it works. Can you help please? Thanks!

Mostly using gmail through Google Chrome, but I also use text blaze within our CRM, Radius. This is also a website pulled up through Google Chrome.
Haven't taken a look at Radius specifically, but we test lot against Gmail and haven't seen this issue. Are you available for a quick video call to do some remote debugging?
