I have a shortcut "/22/" but when I type "/22" followed by the /, I receive a whole other output. I can't find the shortcut "/22" in my snippets. So this is really strange. I also checked my autocorrect options in Word en Excel but they are not included.
What could be the issue?

Not sure I understand the issue. Are you saying "/22" triggers a shortcut other than the "/22/" shortcut? If so, you can search your snippets to find what snippet is triggering it:
It's also possible you have a system shortcut. Mac has a "Text Replacements" feature that can do simple shortcuts. You can configure it in your System Settings.
