I like using TBlaze in google Docs, often to pre-structure (parts of) documents. It would be great if it were possible to apply styles (h1, h2 etc) to snippets, and have them inherit the document's style definitions on insertion. Could we add a 'style' text formatting option?

Do you know if Google Docs automatically apply the h1, h2 styles if you paste in headers from other programs like Word?
@scott I'd love to see this feature too. I use styles a lot in Gdocs.
When copy/pasting from a website to Gdocs, yes the style is carried over. I just tried copy pasting this page into a gdoc and the h1 "Text Styles format option" was pasted as a heading1 in google docs.
