hello my textblaze is not working and it always shows that I need to reload the extension bc it may be out of date but I keep reloading it and nothing happens, I also tried so many ways of trouble shooting and still it doesnt work.
I typed correctly all my snippets but theres nothing showing or popping up, I am having a hard time right now and I hope someone could help me to make my snippets work again and I hope my textblaze will work again

I cannot remove the extension because it is managed by our developer at work and yes my textblaze is not working on all webpages, also it is not working on my dashboard

Please try reloading the extension: right-click anywhere on a website, select Text Blaze, and then click “Reload Extension…”.
Also, could you let us know which version of the extension you are using? You can check this by going to chrome://extensions/, searching for Text Blaze, and clicking on the "Details" button.
nothing happens after i refreshed/reload it and also about the version, its Version 3.3.16. still not working huhu i really love this textblaze shortcuts snippets but im having a hard time rn since its not working

Could you please try reinstalling the latest version (v3.3.17) from here?
There was a bug in v3.3.16 which has been fixed in v3.3.17, which is now live.
