Unable to contact support@blaze.today

Hi,

We are having problems contacting support@blaze.today

We requested that our business account be cancelled on 26th August. Several followup emails have been sent over the last few days but we have received no response. We've now received a $375.86 charge on our card. We've had no option but to raise a dispute with our card company to reclaim the charge.

Is textblaze still operational? Who should we contact regarding this if we're not getting a response from the support email address?

Scott (scott@blaze.today) responded to your email from the 27th and I just responded to your email from today.
Can you please email us with information on other emails that were sent? We want to make sure we don't miss any support email.

I suspect that the issue is that you're not receiving our email responses.
I have refunded your last payment and deleted your Text Blaze Business org.
Users still have access to their individual accounts.
