Hello! I recently upgraded from Pro to Business. I noticed that since doing so, all my Usage Stats reset. I had over a year of data accumulated but it all seems to be gone now. Am I missing something? Is there a way to recover the data?
Hi Brad, The organization usage stats panel should just show stats for while you were in the organization. However, you should still have access to your full individual usages stats on the stats panel under your account (found by clicking the user icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard) do you not see those there?
