Use recipient email address in Gmail

Is it possible to use the email address of the person I'm replying to in Gmail in my snippet? I send them a link that needs to include they're email address and now I'm copying and pasting it but just wondered if there was an automatic way. I saw another thread about using CSS selectors but haven't quite figured out how to apply that here. Thanks
